Nexus opens a new order portal for ID06 card orders!
With the new order portal, you as an orderer, will get several of new functionalities and a better overview for all your card orders. We have received valuable feedback from our customers and we are happy to say that we have implemented the features that many of you wanted.
In the new order portal, you will be able to:
- Search in an easier way. You will be able to search for name, card number, personal identity number and orderer. You can also filter your search result.
- Send out reminders, follow up status, change and block a card order already from the first page in the order portal.
- Work with an improved workflow with a chart for a better overview for the entire process.
- To see a summary of your entire order of cards and accessories, delivery address (or multiple addresses) in one single view.
- Have a notice board at the first page in the portal, for important information, for example a card holder has denied a card order or the card has been rejected by Nexus (and the reasons for that).
AI – Artificial Intelligence
We have implemented a new tool to manage photos for your new ID06 cards. With the AI tool, you will be able to see how the photo really will look like, laser engraved, at the card. You will receive an instant feedback if the photo meets the requirements that ID06 has settled for the new card or not.
If the company logotype should be printed in full color, the logo will be displayed in color and with the right size at screen. And if you have selected to mark the card with a print as a proof of amembership in for example Säker Vatten, that logo will be added already at the preview.
We hope this will make it easier for you to know how the actual card will look like and if you are satisfied with the quality of the photo and the logotype or if something needs to be changed.
Log in to the new order portal, in the same way as before. You will find your order history (from the old portal) there. The new order portal will open Friday the 13th of December.
