No eID? Scan your passport or national ID

If you don´t have a valid eID, for example a Swedish BankID, you must verify yourself in a scanning process at an authorized scanning company. We recommend you to use Sistec.

Follow these steps for passport/ID card scanning:

  1. When you order a new card in Nexus order portal, select ”manual ID verification”. You will be able to see which nationalities and IDs that are approved in the ID06 system. Confirm the registration of the order.
  2. When the order has been registered, the card holder receives an email with instructions for the scanning process.
  3. The card holder scans the passport or national ID at Nexus partner Sistec
  4. After approved scanning, the card holder needs to register a personal account in the ID06 system.
  5. The card holder approves the card order and the new card can be produced!

Sistec will support you with the registration process, book a meeting at a Sistec office in Sweden or abroad.
