How do I change the personal information at my ID06 account?

  Sign in to the  ID06 service portal using BankID or your login information (email and password). When signed in to the portal, click on your name in top menu to the right. Select User details. You are now able to change your email, password or phone number. If you have changed your name, you need to update your BankID information first and then change your account details. If you have a problem updating your ID06 account, please contact ID06 AB at support@id06.se  for support.  

Do you have problem to register your ID06 account?

Make sure your personal information (names, spelling etc) match the information in your BankID, otherwise you will not be able to confirm your registration. If you still have problems to register your ID06 account, contact ID06 AB at support@id06.se for support.

Who needs a personal ID06 account?

Approved companies in the ID06 system

The following Company forms can be registered in the ID06 system: Limited liability Company /Aktiebolag Partnership /Handelsbolag Sole proprietorship /Enskild firma Limited partnership /Kommanditbolag Economic association /Ekonomisk förening Municipalities, authorities and other type of organizations (not listed above) starts the registration process by filling out a form at ID06 AB´s site: Link to form

Why am I not the authorized signatory?

ID06 AB checks the status of the company and their authorized signatories through Bolagsverket and you need to be properly registered there.  If not, the company needs to approve you as the authorized signatory and send the form to Bolagsverket. This process might take a few days. Check the status of your company registration in the ID06 service portal  Or contact ID06 AB for support at support@id06.se

Wrong personal information has been registered

Make sure your personal information (names, spelling etc) match the information in your BankID or passport to 100%, otherwise you will not be able to confirm your registration or accept the card order. If the personal information in the order doesn´t match the BankID/passport information, the card order needs to corrected. Please note, before the card holder has identified, via passport or BankID, the nationality will be shown as “wrong” in the system. That message will disappear when the card holder has identified with BankID or the passport has been scanned. Not able to login with BankID?

ID06 AB is handling the identification process with BankID and unfortunately Nexus is not able to support you with that, but you can check the following to start with: 1, Use a computer and not a mobile device when you log in with BankID and use Google Chrome as web browser. 2, If you don´t have access to a computer, download Google Chrome to your mobile phone.
