How to order cards with passport/ID scanning
Log in to the Nexus order portal
- Select ”manual ID verification in the order portal.
- When the order is confirmed, the card holder will receive an email with instructions for the scanning process.
- After approved scanning, the card holder must create a personal account in the ID06 system.
- The card holder will approve the card order with passport or a national ID card.
- Nexus will produce the card
How do I order a card when the card holder doesn´t have an eID?
If the card holders doesn´t have an approved eID (electronical ID), it´s possible to scan a passport or a national ID card as identification method. Book an appointment at an authorized scanning partner, we recommend you to use Sistec. Book an appointment at Sistec When ordering a new card, select Manual ID verification in the order portal. The A1 certificate shows which social insurance system a person belongs to. The A1 certificate must be attached when ordering cards for an EU Citizen posted from a foreign company. The employee will get the certificate from the local authority in his/her homeland and the certificate shows that the employee already belongs to another social insurance system and therefore should not pay tax for social fees in Sweden. The A1 certificate is mandatory when an EU Citizen employed in a foreign company applies for an ID06 card.
If the photo at the card does not fulfil the requirements, Nexus are not allowed to produce the card. If the card order is rejected by Nexus due to the photo, the order must be adjusted and a new photo which fulfils the requirments needs to be uploaded. Can I change the delivery address?
Yes. Register a new address or select any of addresses that are already registered in the orderportal. The order will be delivered to the chosen address. Manage your delivery adresses in the order portal Follow these steps: 1, Click at the Company name in top menu to the right. 2, Select Company settings and Delivery adress. Edit the information.
How do I log in to the order portal?
The card doesn´t work /activate card
Check the following: 1, You need to activate your card before you can use it. Activate your card here, link 2, If the card is activated and after a while has stopped working, check if the invoice for the card fee from ID06 AB has been paid. If not, ID06 AB will block the card until the invoice is settled. When the card fee has been paid, the card will be ready to use again. Contact ID06 for support at firstname.lastname@example.org 4, The card might be damaged and must be reclaimed. Please fill in this this form to reclaim the card
Rejected card order
A card order can be rejected by the card holder or by Nexus. The card holder rejects the order if the personal information in the order don´t match the information in the BankID or the passport/ID card (for exmaple misspelled name). The photo requirements from ID06 AB are more strict than before and Nexus, as a card supplier, are not allowed to produce a card if the photo does not fulfil these requirements. We are not able to order ID06 cards, what is wrong?
1, Do you have a personal ID06 account? To be able to order and use the new ID06 card you will need to register a personal account in the ID06 system. The authorized signatory also needs to register the company in the ID06 system. Register your company and/or personal ID06 account 2, Is the company registered in the ID06 system? If not, register here 3, Check if your company has an unpaid invoiced to ID06 AB. If that is the case, ID06 AB will block the card until the payment has been settled. What´s the difference between a visitor card and a standard ID06 card?
You are not able to access a construction site or register a visitor in the electroncial system (personalliggare) with the new visitor card since it doesn´t contain RFID technology. A visitor should always be accompanied by someone in charge for the site, wearing a standard ID06 card. Read more about the visitor card here.
The order has not been approved by Nexus, why?
Something in the order is not correct; most likely the photo does not fulfil the requirements. The orderer will receive a notification with the reason for the rejection and a new order will need to be registered. Download the photo guidelines here
Are not able to confirm card /error message
If you ar not able to use your eID (for example BankID) or if you get an error message showing " the session has expired" please follow these steps: 1, Use a computer and not a mobile device. 2, Use Google Chrome as web browser at your computer. Download Google Chrome here. If it still doesn´t work, Contact ID06 AB, the owner of the system, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Phone +46 10 48 09 200. Check the information The personal information in the order needs to match the information in the eID (for example a BankID) or the passport or national ID to 100%. Otherwise the card holder will not be able to approve the card order. This means that name, date of birth etc must be spelled and register in the exact same way as in the eID or the passport! An order that has not been confirmed by the card holder can be adjusted in the order portal
Who needs to confirm a card order?
1, The orderer/administrator registers and confirms the order. 2, Nexus approves the card. If the photo doesn´t fulfil the requirements, the card will be rejected and a new order needs to be registered. You will find the photo guidelines here 3, The card holder approves the card order and then the card is produced.
How do I check the status for a specific card?
You are able to check status for all your cards in the order portal. Follow these steps:
- Log in to the Nexus order portal.
- Select Handle cards.
- You can search at name, card number, personal identity number, orderer etc
- Enter search.
Active or inactive card – ID06 short track
You can see status of a specific card in Nexus order portal Search for name, card number, orderer or National identity number and you will be able to status for that specific card (if the card is registered at your Company). You can also check if the card is Active or inactive at ID06 AB short track
How do I change a card order?
- Log in to the Nexus order portal and select HANDLE CARDS.
- You can use the National identity number, card number, orderer, name of card holder etc for the search.
- Click at the symbol to the right of the card you need to change.
- The chosen card will be displayed on screen. To the right, you can see the number of actions available for the card order. You can also replace the photo from this view.
- The card holder will receive a message to approve the changed information.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to the Nexus order portal.
- Select HANDLE CARDS.
- Enter National identity number, name of card holder or card number. ENTER.
- Click at the symbol (magnifying glass) to the right of the card that you need to block.
- Select BLOCK CARD.
The logo must be 354px x 118px for the new card standard. Upload the logo Nexus order portal 1, Click at your company name in top menu. 2, Select NAVIGATION in the drop-drown menu. 3, Select LOGOTYPE SETTINGS in the drop-down menu to the left. 4, Upload logotype and EDIT LOGOTYPE. Your upcoming card orders will be printed with the chosen logotype. SEK 20 will be added to the standard card cost for a color logotype.
What´s the difference between Blocked card and Terminated card?
A Blocked card can be activated again and used again. A Terminated card can´t be activated again and a new card needs to be ordered.
Problems with the card when accessing to the construction site?
Check the following: 1, The new card needs to displayed to the electronical reader for a longer time than before. 2, Show the entire card to the reader. 3, Have you activated your new card? The card needs to be activated before it can be used. Activate your card 4, Contact the supplier of the electronical reader, or if you are a visitor, contact the manager at the Construction site.
A PIN will be generated when you activate your new ID06 card. At some Construction sites, you will need to display your card to the electronical card reader and then add PIN for access. Check your PIN code:
- Log in to the ID06 portal
- Click at My cards
- Click at your card. At the bottom of the side, click at Show PIN.
- Enter your card number, shown as BB-xxxx-xxxxxx at your card.
- The PIN will now be displayed on screen.
The link to approve or activate a card doesn´t work/haven´t received a link
1, Use a computer (not a mobile device) and Google Chrome as web browser. 2, If you don´t have access to a computer, download Google Chrome to your mobile device and try to login via Google Chrome. If it still doesn´t work, please Contact ID06 AB at email@example.com Download Google Chrome here. Did you not receive a link?
- Check with the administrator at your Company that the order is correct; right Spelling, right email etc has ben registered in the order portal. If not, the order must be adjusted and a new link can be send out.
- Check that the order has the same email registered as you have registered at your ID06 account. If not, adjust so that you have the same address in both portals.
- You can also log in to the IDO6 portal directly to approve the card.
Order cards to several of companies
Is it possible to order cards for several of companies?
Yes – You need to be approved and invited via the ID06 system by the authorized signatory of the company. 1. The authorized signatory logs in to the ID06 portal and invites you. Guideline, appoint card orderers 2. In the Nexus order portal, you will get an overview of all companies connected to you and you can administrate all your different card orders from there. How do I add a company?
The authorized signatory can invite you to become a user or an administrator, you will then be able to place orders on their behalf 1, Log in to the order portal, 2, Select: Switch company. All companies, connected to you via the ID06 system will be visible.
