Important information from Nexus

Starting 08/12/2024, ID06 AB will be the contracting party for the ID06 cards, and ID06 AB will invoice your order. The starting fee for cards will be 280 SEK from this date. For cards with a validity period longer than 1 year, an annual fee of SEK 80 is charged from the second year onwards. Cards not confirmed and produced before 2024-08-05 can be invoiced by ID06 AB at a price of SEK 280

How does this affect you as a customer?

Ordering cards
ID06 has chosen to continue with the Nexus order portal, which means that you, as a customer, will continue to order your cards and accessories in the same way as before.

The order portal retains the same link as before, but you can also find it here through your ID06 account at www.id06.se.

Your order history remains, so repeating your orders is just as easy as before.

Support
ID06 AB will take over the entire process, including support. You will, therefore, contact ID06 customer service after 2024-08-12 when you need help. You can find their contact details at www.id06.se.

Industry card
Industry cards will no longer be possible to order before 2024-08-12. It is, therefore, important that if you have ordered or are going to order industry cards, do so in good time and ensure that your employees confirm their cards in time. All cards produced after 2024-08-12 will, therefore, be without industry logos and conditions, regardless of whether or not the order was placed before this date.

Billing
All cards produced after this date and all accessories/services ordered will be invoiced by ID06 AB, which, as of this date, is a contracting party for the ID06 service. If you have any questions, you can reach us at email id06@nexusgroup.com.
